Hello! What is Life Coaching and how can it help?
Life Coaching is future focussed, asking "what are my true goals both short and long term and what is preventing or hindering me in meeting them?"
Once this has been thoroughly considered and established, a step by step strategy is implemented to reach goals both short and long term. We ensure short term goals feed into long term goals and are not in opposition to each other and that goals are ethically and socially sound.
My experience and qualifications
I qualified with the Life Coaching Academy in 2002 (Hons) and have worked as a coach in private practise alongside my Counselling practise. I enjoy the variety this brings me.
Sessions
Life Coaching can be comparatively short term. I offer a first session free of charge so that you can decide whether Life Coaching is for you.
