I have been working at Horam Natural Therapy Centre since 2005 as a massage therapist, specialising in Therapeutic, Sports/Remedial and Indian Head Massage. I greatly enjoy working in the relaxing atmosphere of the clinic and meetings new clients and getting to know them over time. I have also recently qualified as a Beauty Therapist and am now incorporating Facials, Manicures, Pedicures and Waxing into my treatment list.
The clinic provides a relaxing and private environment for treatments with ample free parking opposite the clinic and a disabled parking space outside the front door.

Massage Treatments
Therapeutic Massage (1 hour) £35
Back, Neck and Shoulder (1/2 hour) £20
Massage is an ancient form of medical care which helps to ease pain and tension and promote feelings of well being and good health. It helps to slow the heart rate and breathing, and therefore induces a feeling of wellbeing and relaxation. Treatment can be varied to suit the needs of the client, such as a neck, shoulder and back massage to help with upper body tension or a full body massage for an overall relaxing experience.
During the consultation process, the client's needs will be assessed and the massage treatment adapted accordingly. Sports massage techniques can be incorporated intot he massage routine depending on the client's requirements. Such deep tissue techniques are useful for breaking down areas of tension and improving flexibility.
Indian Head Massage (45 mins) £30
Indian Head massage has been practised in India for thousands of years to help de-stress the entire body. The treatment has since been westernised to include the neck, upper arms and shoulders. This type of massage will improve concentration, relieve tension headaches and tense or tired eyes and relieve stress and muscular tension of the head, neck andshoulders.
Facial Treatments
A beautiful skin is a healthy skin. Therefore good skin care if practised routinely can help to maintain a healthy, glowing and balanced skin. The facial treatments begin with a consultation to assess the client’s skin and lifestyle and to discuss the treatment required. Facial treatments are complemented by the use of the Natural Elements beauty products range. This organically derived plant and vegetable based skin care range is free from Parabens, Petro-chemicals and Synthetic Perfumes (harsh chemicals which can prematurely age the skin and may be associated with cancer, allergies and eczema). Shaping of nails and French polish or colour of your choice.
Luxury Manicure and Pedicure (2 hours) £30
Treatments as detailed previously as well as a relaxing neck, shoulder and head massage while feet are softened in a relaxing foot spa.
Hair Removal:
Hair will be removed using a warm creme wax, resulting in a smooth, hair free skin.
