Indian Head Massage has been practised in India for thousands of years to help de-stress the entire body and is an important feature of Indian family life.

 

The treatment has since been westernised to include the neck, upper arms and shoulders as part of a stress management treatment.

 

Treatment involves massaging of the neck.shoulders,upper back, upper arms, scalp,face and ears, followed by a cleansing of the chakras. Massage oil is used on the upper back, upper arms, neck and shoulders and essential oils are used on the head.
