Hypno-analysis is a most effective way to help people with problems such as anxiety, depression, low self esteem, panic attacks, phobias, slimming & eating disorders and alcohol dependency, to name the more common ones. Some people may just feel they are emotionally ‘stuck’. In fact most psychosomatic or emotional symptoms can be permanently cured.
Hypno-analysis takes 6 to 10 one-hour session at weekly intervals.
Hypno-Analysis works on the principle that all these problems come from an inner imbalance caused by emotional traumas and upsets from the past. These ‘locked in’ emotions are the root of the problem and they can be quickly found and released by this therapy, thereby freeing you from the symptoms. Hypno-Analysis is a fast and most effective means for emotional release. It works equally well with both mild and severe problems.
After the consultation, you will be asked to lie back in a reclining chair and then you will be relaxed into hypnosis, which is a very pleasant experience. It's just relaxation. You are awake and aware of everything which happens. You will then be asked to talk about many events from your past in order to find and release the blocked emotion. We don’t need to discuss what comes up in the therapy, getting in touch with the memory and its feeling is enough to releasing it.
